• Chlorine
• Bleaches and other Cleaning Material
• Hairspray

We do not recommend that you go into the sea or swimming pool with your bracelet as this may damage the jewelry you're wearing.

You can easily polish silver using a soft, lint-free cloth. Silver, like gold, does not do well when exposed to chlorine. Avoid using bleach or swimming in pools or hot tubs when wearing jewelry.

ARDLUX offers free shipping to all states in the United States through USPS First Class Mail. Customers can choose other (paid) shipping services, including UPS and USPS other shipping services. 

USPS First Class Mail will ship within 1-3 days, after processing times. USPS Carrier may delay shipments.

INTERNATIONAL

ARDLUX currently offers worldwide shipping through UPS Worldwide Expedited® and UPS Worldwide Express®. FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING WITH MINIMUM ORDERS OF $100. 
- UPS Worldwide Expedited®: 2-5 business days, by the end of day
- UPS Worldwide Express®: 1-3 business days, typically by 10:30 a.m. or noon
Other methods of shipment will be available later! UPS Carrier may delay shipments.

Duties and Fees

Orders outside the United States and Canada may be subject to VAT, import duties, and taxes; due to the complexity of international laws, we do not include those fees in orders. You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order. We are required by law to disclose the total value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.

Please make sure there are no errors in your shipping address as we are not responsible for any missing packages from incorrect addresses or are marked as delivered. It is recommended to opt-in for signature confirmation if you prefer the package to be handed to you directly. If a package is sent back to us due to an unclaimed/incorrect address, the customer's responsibility is to cover the reshipment costs.
