LOST, STOLEN OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
PLEASE NOTE that we are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages are the responsibility of the buyer. In the rare event of a mail carrier failure, please contact USPS carrier directly with any questions or concerns.
To return an item, please send us an email to email@example.com for further instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns are processed for store credit ONLY, no refunds. Once we receive returned packages they are inspected & will be processed within 3-6 business days. You will then be given a store credit of the amount of the item at the time of purchase minus shipping charges. Store credit will be emailed to the customer’s email account that was created at checkout. Please note that all store credits will expire after a year! Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We only work with USPS, which is a well-established shipping provider and we place our faith and trust in them, however, we cannot guarantee their performance. Shipping mistakes are rare, but we can only guarantee what is in our control.
