RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item(s). If you have a return or exchange that you’d like to make, you can begin the process here.

- The item(s) must be returned in the same packaging it was received in, and be unaltered, unworn, and in the same condition as you received it, or a refund will not be given.
- Once we receive the item(s) in the condition listed above, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Please note that your credit card company might take up to 7 business days to credit back to your account.
International customers are responsible for all shipping, duties, and taxes on returns. We recommend that you return your order with a shipping carrier that insures you for the full value of the order, as we will not take any responsibility for any items lost.

You will be responsible for the cost of returns. A full refund of the product price, minus the cost of all shipping charges, will be made upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days to process it. As long as the product is in perfect condition with all original packaging, our team will email you a return receipt within 7 business days. Please be aware that your credit card company might take up to 7 business days to credit back to your account.
We will gladly exchange your item for the same style in a different color or size.
- All exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of product.
- If a different style is requested, please return your order and place a new order.
- Exchanges for international orders are not available at this time.
You will be responsible for all exchange shipping costs.
- At the time you request and confirm an exchange label, we will email you an invoice for the shipping fees.
- Once you have paid the invoice, we will send the exchange label.
- We will ship your exchanged item at no additional cost within 3-5 business days of receiving your original order.
Any customized orders or engravings are final sale.
At the time of returning a product through the portal, you will have the option to receive a refund back to the original payment or store credit for the equal value. If you choose a credit, we will email you a checkout code to use on your next order.
